The Information Engineering Library is not currently open to the public. To consult and borrow volumes, it is necessary to send a request to:

The Information Engineering Library supports teaching and research in the specialized disciplines of automation, electronics, management, computer science and telecommunications engineering.

The first collection was established in 1984 as the Library of the Department of Electronic Engineering. In 1996, it adopted its current name and merged the bibliographic collections of two departments: the Department of Computer Science, Systems and Production, and the Department of Electronic Engineering (D.I.E.). In 2012, the Department of Computer Science, Systems and Production was replaced by the Department of Civil and Computer Engineering (D.I.C.I.I.).
