Reference room (Industrial Engineering building)
The reference room of the Library is located on the ground floor of the Industrial Engineering building.
Access to the Library is permitted to:
- Students, researchers, faculty members, and TAB staff of the University;
- Students, researchers, and faculty members of the Universities of Roma La Sapienza, Roma Tre, and Foro Italico;
- External users from outside the University or the above-mentioned universities, at the discretion of the library.
The reference room is freely accessible; only some seats can be reserved.
Users from the University and partner universities can use the Affluences app to reserve:
- a seat in the Reading Room (only 4-seat tables can be reserved; all other seats are freely accessible);
- one of the two computer workstations available in the Reading Room for accessing databases.
It is possible to choose from different time slots throughout the day, every hour from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

All users can access the reference room to study using books or personal devices, while the use of computer workstations and 27-inch monitors is reserved for users of the University and partner universities, according to the procedures described on the relevant page.
Group study room (Information Engineering building)
The library’s group study room is located on the ground floor of the Information Engineering building.
Access to the room for groups of 2 to 8 people is ONLY allowed to:
- Students, researchers, faculty members, and TAB staff of the University
To reserve the room, a single booking for the entire group must be made via Affluences.
It is possible to choose between two time slots during the day, from 9:15 AM to 11:15 AM or from 11:15 AM to 1:15 PM, or a single slot from 9:15 AM to 1:15 PM.

In the room, users have access to a 27-inch monitor and a magnetic whiteboard.
